　　DELSK集团于 2008 年成立于德国科隆市，同年在北京成立亚太区中心总部。作为一家全球性的集团公司，DELSK是最早将欧洲地产投资业务介绍到中国的公司之一，历经十余年发展，现已成为一个集全球资产配置、全球资产管理、海外教育及生活服务、专业咨询等服务于一身的综合性投资服务管理平台。
