　　中关村创客小镇，是以智慧经济为产业定位，围绕产生智慧的人、企业、院校服务智慧的机构、平台，以及凝结智慧的知识产权，弘扬创新文化，践行创新机制，营造产城融合的新型城市形态，推动智慧经济要素聚集、交流、变现，打造中关村智慧经济生态圈！

　　中关村创客小镇总体规划120万平方米，一期已投入运营面积19万平方米，二期30万平米将于2019年下半年开发建设。一期包含16万平米2772套精装全家电的创客人才公寓和3万平米集中办公及配套商业，其中独立办公区5700平米，集中办公区工位698个，商业服务配套7000平米。同时，入孵中关村创客小镇的企业目前已多达674家，创业导师108位，汇聚第三方服务机构75家，服务创客人才5000余人，国高新企业76家，知识产权2723项，年产值20亿元。

　　中关村创客小镇在整合国内投资资源、成为国内各大高等院校创业实训基地授牌的同时也正在积极推动美国、法国、英国、以色列、巴西、俄罗斯等境外国家的资源合作。旨在为创客们提供“创业+生活+社交”360°全资源的共享平台，让创客们更专注产品、专注创业核心，让创业更简单，让生活更美好。
